Hello! My name is Sigh. I am a social meditation facilitator, hospice companion, and co-host of The Container podcast. I'm also an artist working in the field of emergent ceremonial magic. No matter what it is I'm doing, it's usually about creating spaces where people can explore radically deep relating.

Sometimes, that happens in yoga studios where I'm guiding people in practices like Circling and Authentic Relating. Sometimes, I'm sitting with someone at the threshold of death. But I'm also doing this through rituals of divination and spell working, channelled sacred art, and the list goes on.
